Providence Blanchet House

Welcome to Providence Blanchet House, a welcoming place to call home. Our private HUD-subsidized apartments are designed and built especially for seniors. We are located in Centralia, in a beautiful setting surrounded by trees, lush grounds and with views of the Chehalis River.

Providence Blanchet House is right next door to Providence Rossi House. There is a pond between our two buildings and it’s a great spot to watch the native birds that make their seasonal home here. Deer are sometime spotted here as well.

In addition to providing tenants with a safe place to home in a vibrant community, we also provide services coordination to help residents find and access local resources and services.

“You are made to feel respected and safe no matter what your income is.” - Providence Blanchet House Resident

For information about our screening criteria, refer to the Tenant Selection Plan. If you have completed a comprehensive reusable tenant screening report at another property, you may choose to share that with us, but you are not required to do so.

Please review the Tenant Selection Plan for further eligibility requirements that may impact eligibility for housing.
